REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with BREEDTECH. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (cannabis genetics, seeds, and biological materials), all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on seeds, genetic materials, or live plant products once they have been shipped, as we cannot guarantee the condition or viability of biological materials after they leave our facility.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect along with your order number. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a store credit for the affected item(s).
3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the status of your shipment. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either reship your order or issue a store credit at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances: seeds and genetic materials that have been opened, used, germinated, or planted; custom or special orders made to your specifications; items purchased during clearance or final sales; and digital products or downloadable content.
6. Merchandise and Non-Biological Products
For non-biological merchandise (apparel, accessories, branded items), we accept returns within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for eligible merchandise will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for non-biological merchandise within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to product availability. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
